The amplifier that I originally ordered from HiDEF Lifestyle was out of stock and they upgraded my order to a model higher in the product line at no additional cost. They kept me informed as the process developed and followed up to make sure everything went according to plan. The amplifier was delivered and sounds great.

While browsing the internet to make a decision on which latest hi fi portable music player to purchase, I found one I was considering but needed some operating questions answered prior to making a purchase. I saw on Amazon this company was one of the sellers. I emailed the company with my questions. I immediately received a lengthy, educational, step by step response back from Dylan, one of the sales managers there. Because he was so helpful to me without even making a purchase I decided to purchase the unit from this store. Dylan even expedited the shipping speed at no extra cost and continued to give me a couple of tutorial emails after receipt. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the excellent service from HiDef Lifestyle.

Dylan from Hidef Lifestyle was extremely helpful, professional and accommodating through the whole process. The original XLR cable that I ordered was too short and Dylan was very customer focused getting me the right cable at no extra cost! I am one happy customer.

I called to purchase an AV Receiver and the gentleman helping me was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my technical questions and was more than happy to help me with a special request. He even took care of ensuring that my order was shipped out the same day.

Good, patient, thoughtful counsel.

My old amp died, and I bought a new one based solely on ignorance and internet reviews from HiDEF on eBay. Arrived promptly, but upon listening I discovered the sound was no match for my speakers, so I called to see about a return/exchange. No problem, said Dylan, and then we went over my options with regards to both my existing system and my not-so-existing budget. What I ended up with meets both criteria superbly. I'll be back.

i ordered a pair of dali zensor 1's from HiDef off Amazon. i paid for two day shipping on my dime but sadly one of the pair had a damaged tweeter. i arranged for the speakers to be shipped back on HiDef's dime. in the meanwhile, i decided to upgrade to the zensor 3's and rather than wait, just paid for the speakers outright. while the vendor wouldnt send the new pair back to me two day (100 dollar value) they did ship them back 3 day. at any rate, i received the upgraded pair without issue and shipped the dali 1's back about one week later. the only real issue in the transaction is i had to call back to inquire about my credit (it was missing). vendor said it was in pending status and had to push it through. this was perhaps as many as two weeks after i shipped out the speakers. however, had i not caught it then what? sometimes things go wrong and plenty went wrong in this transaction...but it was resolved mostly without incident so i feel confident in giving them a 4 star. if i could be more precise, i'd give them 3.8 stars for the credit hassle and otherwise but i am happy with new speakers and in the end, it all came out in the wash. no worries. i guess this is part of the adventure of buying HiFi online :)

I recently purchased some Def Tech speakers from HiDEF. Their prices were the most competitive after doing my research. There ordering process was simple and customer service very solid. I will do business with them again.
