La Scala II - GLORIOUS!
I searched everywhere for this special edition of speakers and HIDEFLIFESTYLE was the only place I could find with a matched pair in factory boxes. Although one speaker came with a blemish, HIDEFLIFESTYLE offered me options to include an exchange due to that fact. But I simply love the Australian walnut veneer too much to part with my new family members. Dylan and Chris are true to their word and I hope to do business with them again very soon!

I purchased an 'open box' Marantz pre-pro from HiDef LifeStyle.
This required some negotiations around shipping, returns and
cost, which were carried on by emails with Sales Manager Dylan
Thomas. Throughout the process, Dylan was helpful, highly
professional and a pleasure to deal with.
The unit arrived exactly as agreed (double boxed and very well
packaged) and worked well right out of the box. I'm one satisfied
customer.
I highly recommend HiDef (and particularly, Dylan).

Excellent Customer Service Experience
I had a great experience working with Dylan for my home audio system. He was able to give personal recommendations based on my needs, but also has actual experience with all the products in the showroom that he sells. I was extremely interested in some of the high-end audio cables and he took the time to discuss the pros and cons of each of the brands over the phone. I really appreciate that kind of personal touch in today’s social landscape. In the end, I made a confident decision buying from Dylan knowing that if I needed any help or further recommendations, he would be available to assist. I will definitely buy from HiDEF Lifestyle again for my next piece of audio equipment!
