Marantz SR6013 AV Receiver. Great Service

Ordered a Marantz 6013 AV receiver on the Tuesday evening and it was delivered to the Highlands of Scotland on the Friday afternoon.
Excellent communication, including tracking number. I even got a free 1.5mtr long 4K HDMI cable. Definitely a company I would trade with again. Thanks for an excellent service.

I ordered the TEAC 550

I ordered the TEAC 550 - before despatch I was told that the machine in stock appeared damaged and was therefore not perfect. I was telephoned (as well as e-mailed) and decided to wait for the replacement ordered from TEAC. Again, I was telephoned and e-mailed confirming. The item was delivered as they described and arrived on schedule. I cannot fault their customer service - excellent. My first time as a customer. Thank you.

We ordered the TV from HiFi…

We ordered the TV from HiFi Confidential at a massive £150 saving over the next cheapest price. The TV arrived a day earlier than promised and is a fantastic quality.

We are very happy with both the price and service.
