Not a good experience

Not a good experience. Woke up at 4am here in the US to buy a limited Levi release when they launched. Transacton went fine, placed a couple of orders, all marked as shipped. Then immediatly after indicated that they had not counted stock right and they were cancelling the orders. How do you get to the point of shipping, make a label then cancel an order? And how to you not have stock correct for a limited item. Do better Crap company avoid.

Certain drops and releases are extremely popular worldwide. A frequent occurrence can be: a few people placing the item in their basket at the same time and proceeding with the payment; in some instances, people are able to check out faster than others leaving the stock allocated to them, and the others left with the impression of a successful checkout but in the end, the stock levels aren’t there to fulfill the other orders.
These are certainly edge cases and we’re actively working on ways to limit this discrepancy in the future!

Avoid it like plague

First of all the size guide for the J.M. Weston loafer was confusing. Size guide saying EU40=US7=UK6. I order this size and when they arrived, the sizing on the shoe box was EU40 but it's UK7 (actually it's J.M. Weston 7D, which is two size larger than EU40). The return process was nothing but challenging, Fedex do not accept online/drop off from anyone without a Fedex account, have to contact Highsnobiety to arrange a pick up remotely. It took me nearly 20 emails and a few days just to sort the return process correctly. The return shipment was received by Highsnobiety 9AM Jan 22, 2023. Till this day, nothing was heard from Highsnobiety whether they have received the item or not. Under my account there was not a single word mentioned the return at all.

Don’t purchase here especially if you…

Don’t purchase here especially if you are unsure of your size. £36.17 was deducted from my returned shirt as tax? Returns shipping for a shirt isnt £36.17 and returned goods don’t have import tax so their returns system is an actual scam.

They are the only online store who does this, better shop at Mr Porter, Matches etc and not a store that pretends to be friendly but couldn’t care less about their customers over their profit - rubbish I’m never coming back

Bought shoes there

Bought shoes there. Shipping was free. Due to their choice of shipping through Fedex I had to pay a few Euro tax and on top of the a service fee of 22 Euro AND another service fee of 15,55 Euro. So I ended up with a 15% increase of price. Asked Highsnobiety to reimburse these costs. They only replied after the 3rd reminder. Their reply was simply that I have to pay that. And they added a smiley behind the sentence. Seems they couldn't care less. Won't buy there again.

Really bad customer experience

Really bad customer experience, the company is not able to fulfil orders on time and does not follow up with customers unless prompted. i am still waiting for my product more than 15 days after i paid and placed the order, and even paid for shipping.
