Nonsense service, and meaningless “discounts”
Bought an expensive pair of shoes. When i received them, there was red paint on them. Highsnobiety offered me 20% off - in the low end, if you think about how much the shoe was.
That’s when I figured out they lowered the shoes price further on their webpage, putting it on offer. So essentially the 20% that I Got off the damaged shoe, is equal to the price now. They wouldn’t go further down, even though I told them, that it doesn’t make any sense to pay the same price, for a damaged shoe. Super disappointing experience.

Ordered a product that was shipped, weeks later received a refund with absolutely no explanation at all. No offer to re send the product, no communication as to what had happened, zero…. I had to chase and was told that somehow they received the product back again so just cancelled the order with no attempt to reach out. Terrible service.

Massive struggle to get my money back…
Massive struggle to get my money back after sending the items back.
Followed HS recommendation to use parcel force for a return from UK. Useless customer service. Delivery attempt on the 30th of October. Since then. Silence from the customer support. I has to open a claim with Amex.
Highly disappointed !!! They are holding £1,600 !!!

Utter disgrace
Shipping took three weeks beyond the promised 2 days, and only after I chased them for a shipment update. When the package finally arrived, I was soon to realize it contains wrong items, a slap in the face of any decent service. Returning the items was another headache, and to add insult to injury, I was refunded partially, and not at all for items I have never ordered in the first place. Now, I'm back to wrestling with their customer service for my full refund. Utterly unacceptable and downright disrespectful.
