I would give you a zero star if I could. You sent the wrong product. Argued with me about it. Begrudgingly sent me a return slip that has to be printed in quadruple. Didn't bother to offer to correct the mistake by sending the right item. In the end, an incorrect item has been shipped across the world and I’m still no closer to getting the briefcase I ordered. This has been a complete and utter disaster of an experience. Stay clear of these high snobs

orderd a pair of pants twice, but had to return them twice :-( it said regular fit but the fit was more like super relaxed. Im a pants size 30-31 or size 50. but the pants where 20 cm (size 48) to wide on the hip. Would be good to add real maesurements to the product description :-)

terrible shipping
I am completely dissatisfied with the leather jacket received. The item arrived poorly packed (bunched up in small box), without a garment bag and/or hangers. This rather expensive piece should've been shipped in a flat wardrobe box at least. The leather jacket is severely wrinkled, meaning I will need to take the jacket to a Leather Cleaning Specialist and spend additional money to get the wrinkles out (if I keep it).

Being ignored over £2000
I’ve paid £2000 for a jacket, item said it has been shipped 2 weeks ago. I got no tracking number and no response since, when it was meant to arrive a week and a half ago. They are ignoring my emails and have not heard a word from them.
Complete and utter scammers, I’m disgusted and so scared I’ve lost a huge amount of money.
