Served by Lewis and Matt. Sales team were very professional and supported test drive as well as resolution of minor issues that I wanted dealing with prior to collection of the vehicle. Other products as part of the sale were offered, but not forced so overall sales approach felt good.

Josh was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and provided excellent advice on additional products that are recommended. Would highly recommend visiting Hippo and asking for Josh :-)

Josh was fantastic, great asset to the team, make sure you don’t loose him! Friendly, clam and polite. Car had a few issues at pick up but he was good at quickly resolving it.
