I brought my car in for a battery and air con on my Ford mondeo. When I came to collect my car the bonnet was broken. At first they threatened to empty gas and take battery off because I refused to pay for damage that the garage caused.they then agreed to sort the issue I got a phone call 1hr later saying all fixed so I got a taxi it wasn’t fixed they just managed to close it. I have cctv from my dash cam from my car showing the garage banging my bonnet for 15 mins over and over again. The manager then said ford were busy and I’d have to come back in a week. I Told him he is leaving me no way to get to and from work he did not care about the fact I was losing work and that my pregnant wife missed a appointment.he said it would take 2-3 days to get it fixed.I then turn up today and my stereo wasn’t working. They are not to be trusted and am taking full legal action against them for lose of earnings. And the cost of Taxis for 2-3 days.
In a Nut shell they use bullying tactics and threatening behaviour. They literally repair what you’ve asked and break other things making you spend more money.NO INVOICE FOR GAS + REPLACEMENT PART
I have dash Cam footage/phone footage of threats to remove gas and battery. As well as reception interaction.
For the love of God Avoid this garage

Just good service
I took the pot-hole damaged tyre (+wheel) in on Wednesday morning and picked up the replacement tyre (+wheel) on Friday morning. The replacement tyre had been sourced and fitted in the time promised.

Went to have my washer pump fixed, they cut my original Hyundai pump off ( which I never agreed to) put a universal pump on not sealing it properly and since then I’ve been back 3 times… still trying to get it fixed but emails seem to be blocked and no response from them. Going to take legal action now

I had the best experience taking my car for a mot…
I had the best experience taking my car for its mot. I dealt with an informative man who did my mot. He took the time to explain to me when I picked my car up the mot certificate even though I was late collecting it and they were almost closing, he was thoughtful and knowledgeable. I wish I got his name but I know through talking to him, he has 35 years in the business and I could see his passion. I am a female and have 0 knowledge in cars, so I was nervous about taking my car but I needn't had worried as I was put at ease. I have a issue with the car that is worrying me (not mot specific) and he said he would investigate the part and ring me with a price. I will always recommend this garage to people I know.

Very Efficient Service
Very efficient service. HiQ has all the equipment necessary for correct fitting, balancing, wheel alignment, etc..
The tyres I ordered were competitively priced and available for fitting the next day.
HiQ has good access from the main road and plenty of customer parking.
