Went to HiQ for my MOT and I found that the staff were friendly, helpful, the reception was clean, tidy and welcoming. HiQ will definitely be the garage that I will recommend to people and of course use myself from now on.

Oil service and filter.
Website was easy to understand an I booked the Oil service.
A person from HiQ phoned me that morning and booked a slot, which I then changed, with no issues.
Service was Efficent,and done within the timelines given.
They also got a battery for my key.

simple to choose and book online, however, tyre ordered, not in stock to fit on the booked date. Service was courteous and prompt, no issues with job done.

Good service and friendly staff. Shopped around and these were the cheapest by quite a bit. Had Bridgestone tyres fitted where as the other tyre centre's were offering more unknown brands/lower quality. So will be going back with the wife's car when needed
