First time using HiQ at Lordswood recommend by our daughter in law and wasn’t disappointed, they were helpful, friendly and did a superb job on fitting us 4 news tyres on our VW van. So much so we’ve booked the car in to have a new tyre fitted. Will definitely be using them from now on.

The tyres were easy to order on the website. No problem booking online for the tyres to be fitted. Upon arrival for my booking I was greeted and the tyres were promptly fitted. No problems - just praise for good all-round service

Great service as usual
Great service as usual, ordered tyres on line, the guys then called me a few days later to say they were in giving me the option to come in and earlier than the booked fitting.
At the appointment, the team were very helpful and in good spirits even though they were working on a Saturday.
Worth a visit they are a good bunch

Exemplary aftercare
Had to return with a small issue after having new tyres fitted and Medway tyres aftercare was exemplary. Have been using these guys for a while now but now I wont go anywhere else.

Great service!…
Called them up this morning as I have a slow puncture to check their stock. They had the tyre I needed in stock and said I could come any time. When I got there, rather than the changing the tyre they managed to plug the hole and saved me some money. I was only there about 30mins in total!

After my tyre blew out, I needed my car sorted ASAP. HI-Q arrived quickly the following morning and tyre was fitted in minutes.
