Thanks to all the team at Stratford branch. Customer service was outstanding from all the staff and everyone was friendly and helpful.

I first visited the garage due to some unexpected car trouble and, having never used HiQ before, went there largely out of necessity. Rebecca was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit my car in around a very tight schedule. As I am also a carer for an elderly relative, having the car available when I need it is particularly important, and Rebecca could not have been more understanding or helpful. She also gave me clear and practical advice about what needed to be done to ensure the car passed its MOT.
About a month later, I had to return with a battery issue. Once again, Rebecca was outstanding – friendly, supportive and extremely helpful with her advice.
Good customer service deserves to be recognised, which is why I wanted to take the time to write. On both occasions, Rebecca made what could have been a stressful situation considerably easier, and I was very impressed with the way she and her team looked after me.
Although I had never used HiQ previously, the service I received means I will certainly be returning. I will also be recommending the Stratford-upon-Avon branch to friends and family as a garage they can rely on.
I would be grateful if my thanks could be passed on to Rebecca and her team, and particularly if Rebecca's excellent customer service could be recognised by those responsible for the branch.

The service at HiQ was exemplary.

They took the time to explain all of the work they had done in detail and were extremely thorough. Not knowing much about cars has left me vulnerable before; here I felt properly taken care of. Compared to a recent experience at Halfords, HiQ Stratford were streets ahead. The price was excellent for the work done, and the air con recharge has been a godsend in this weather. They went above and beyond.

This garge is local to me and i can express how helpfull and friendly all of the staff are nothing is to much trouble.

I have to say a big thank you to Beck who has been so helpfull every time i pop in making sure my daughter car is safe to drive to uni.

Booked in for 5 tyres on my classic car. They double checked my requirements, even checked details with me over pressures and jacking points (most places dont). I have been to multiple tyre stockists and know what needs to be done - correct procedures, and he did it very carefully and professionally.

Booked in for an MOT in my Clio got appointment next day .Becky the manager was very helpful and was given a 75 min time got text and call from Becky saying I required a minor repair to pass MOT although very busy they promised to have the car available late afternoon
Got a welcome call at 15.00 saying car was ready excellent service from Becky and Technicians Ben and Darren superb service Many Thanks

Got my car MOT’d at the Stratford -upon -Avon branch, called a few days before and Becky the manager found a slot that suited me best, when I arrived, I was met by Becky, Ben and Darren who were all very friendly and polite, left my car and was contacted by Becky as soon as it was finished, when I went to pick it up, Becky went threw everything with and explained that there were a few minor jobs that needed attention, I have booked in to get the work done at HiQ Stratford as they have filled me with confidence I have not been to many garages that go through every everything with you and explain what needs fixing and why, I asked Becky to call me with a price and she did so after a couple of days, my car is booked in next week, I feel very grateful to have found such a professional and friendly team to look after my car! Absolutely brilliant service from HiQ Stratford upon Avon . Really impressed with their speed and efficiency, very happy to show me what needed attention and offered support for the repair next time around. Fair pricing , good value for money , great time management skills. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this service to everyone.
It’s always reassuring when they can show you what the problem is rather than just saying it and charging a massive price.

I teach mechanics and I’d have no hesitation in taking my students to see this garage as it is a tidy workshop, really well organised and sets a good example to plenty of others who are not in this league ( ie Halfords)

I'm really impressed that HiQ looked at my brake pads, telling me exactly what was needed (the warning light had gone on) then saw my car the next day &fitted new pads, quickly, at a very good price.

This garage is the best in Stratford and surrounding areas by far!! Bec and her team looked after me when my car needed alot of work to it and made sure it was safe to drive! They went above and beyond and even managed to get parts in ten minutes!! Can not recommend this garage enough!! Thanks again for all your help, you’re the best!

Ben is an absolutely brilliant mechanic. I had two new tyres fitted with no hassle at all. I also mentioned a rubbing noise, and he immediately took the wheel off, found the issue, and explained it clearly — turned out to be a warped disc.
Great service all round. I’ll be returning for sure.

Helpful and friendly staff. I arrived at the wrong time, but Rebecca on reception was very kind and changed my appointment so I didn’t have to come back later. Very pleased with price of MOT. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

Can’t knock anything about the service at this garage. Had my car in for an MOT, and beccy went above and beyond with keeping me in the loop of things and even managed to repair the faults on the day. So grateful, and will definitely be coming back.

Excellent service, fair price

I discovered I had flat tyre half way on a trip to visit family in Oxfordshire. I walked in to the garage and met Beck who was so helpful and polite. I was told they could have a look at my tyre in the next 15-20 min, Ben the mechanic sorted my tyre out and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Amazing Staff and at a good price. Thank you.
