After forgetting I had booked for an MOT today, I had a phone call letting me know I had missed the appointment however the gentleman on the phone was amazing and managed to squeeze me in same day without any hesitation! Cannot fault the staff enough, so friendly and welcoming! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Initially thought all was great as they are able to fit me in on the day I needed my car to have new tyres fitted.

No issues noted when collected but the next day a tyre pressure monitoring system error message showed up on my dashboard. Kept an eye on it over the weekend and brought it back to garage.

Gave them the opportunity to have a look & rectify the problem, only to be told that it's a "system fault" so I need to get an autoelectrician as this is not something they offer.

Autoelectrician booked on a different day, and it turns out it wasn't a system issue. Whoever changed my tyres, damaged the tpms valve and intentionally put them back together using tyre glue.

I have raised this issue with the centre. I had replies but no action taken and now completely ignored hence this review.

Update: HiQ asked me to contact their customer service as you can see in their reply. 5 days later, no reply from them and not even an acknowledgement that my email has been received.

As usual the customer service was great and the price was the best I could find.
HiQ in Stratford on Avon is my go to place for tyres, MOTs, etc.

From the off, the Stratford guys have been amazing. A friendly, no BS approach is exactly what I needed after a terrible experience last year with FormulaOne in SuA! Excellent service and great guys, honestly will never use anyone else whilst I live in Stratford to work on my car.

Getting a new tyre for a trailer should be a simple job, yes? Think again! Out of the seven—yes, seven—tyre fitters I contacted in the Stratford-upon-Avon area, ONLY Mark and his team at HiQ could help me.

I only had the reference 165/R13 on the existing tyre, so was missing the vital second number. All other companies said "Nah, can't help cus it's not a normal tyre" or "We don't do trailer tyres", or "Cant do anything without the missing number", even though its a standard tyre. They weren't even prepared to have a look at it. Mark at HiQ, however, simply said, "Yep, bring it down and leave it, buddy, I'll sort it for you". One of his team calculated the missing number (it's actually a 165/80 R13 —a normal tyre!) and within a few days they had it fitted on the wheel for me and rang to advise me it was ready.

There was none of the head-scratching and drawing in of breath—justy good, old-fashioned, brilliant customer service. Sorted. Not only that, but some friendly banter thrown in for good measure! :-)

I know, at the end of the day, it's just a tyre and they are doing their job, BUT the service I received was worth its weight in gold as I needed the trialer back on the road asap. And... I have now booked my Freelander in for two new front tyres this coming Monday. That's how to keep new customers. Other tyre fitting companies, watch & learn!

I went in for 2 new tyres. These guys left something on and drained my battery then I had to wait half an hour for a an invoice because the printer was too complicated. Since then my battery is ruined causing all kinds of fault warnings and needing to be jumped if left switched off for more than 24hrs.

My father in law has asked me to post this review because Paul went above and beyond to make sure their car was fixed and on the road for Christmas. It was a last minute job following a failed MOT but HiQ fitted in the job and did the work well and quickly. Would definitely recommend

Realised on the way to work that one of my headlights was not working. I needed it replaced the same day as I was due to drive home in the dark. HiQ fitted me in on the same day but unfortunately did not have the bulb in stock. Asked me to return a couple of hours later to have my bulb changed. As I had to attend twice, they did not charge me and also topped up my coolant and oil for free! Would definitely recommend!

Same day appointment, Paul and Steve were absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgeable and helped me find space to work.

Superb service. Fitted me in instantly and fix my puncture for a very reasonable price. Wouldn't bother shopping around in the area. Would come here every time. Thanks so much!
