Website was easy to use. The only slight negative is when you collect car they try to sell you additional insurance even though already taken this through website. Great on site pick up and drop off. Fairly quick service. Overall happy with experience.

We booked through this company via internet and found the site easy to use. When we went to pick up the car, there had been a minor problem in getting the car back to the pick up point so we were upgraded with no issue or extra cost. Extending the hire period and changing the drop of point did not create any problems for us. We would definitely hire a car this way again and recommend to fellow travellers.

The easiest website to book car hire on - ever.

no problems - just book online but always read hire conditions as each counrty varies - in Cyprus you return car empty and are surcharged for fuel use (this is higher than a simple refill). In some other places you have to return car with a full tank of fuel or are charged to refill. (jamaica). As Cyprus is not large unless you drive a lot it may be cheaper to hire for the days you want it in a resort rather than for a week. I had a great car for a week and driving was easy as roads not very busy compared to London

Value almost seemed too good to be true, couldn't help but be cynical. I was a little confused about the different business names that the company uses...I booked with hire cars.co.uk but started to receive emails from rental cars.com which I treated as spam...turns out these are the same business. I declined the excess insurance as it seemed expensive at about £12 per day, then was offered an alternative at £4 per day. It turns out the alternative is through a different company and created some confusion but the helpdesk were very professional and responsive. Sixt were the rental agent and I must have saved £15 per day on their rates. Their service was exceptional and as a regular hirecar user I am bloody hard to please! Mr Cleary on the main hire desk in Dublin airport was the best I have come across in this space, as was the chap I handed the car to on arrival at end of rental.
In short, I will be using these guys agin.
