I Would like to thank the Hiu breakdownandrepairs team especially the visiting engineer Tony. Samson in the office kept us informed of what was happening and when things would happen. Tony arrived between the times suggested. Tony took out the old hiu and replaced it with a new one, he was very courteous like taking his shoes off where there wasn't dust sheets (which he used and provided). Tony had his PPE on the whole time inside the house. Can't praise you guys enough, thank you.

A really effective team. From the booking, to how quickly they sorted out my hot water I was really impressed.

After 1 month of experiencing issues with my hot water and 2 differnet companies attending and not been able to fix the issue. My landlord contacted hiu breakdownandrepairs, samson sent joel out to me who fixed the issue with in munites of his arrival. The hallway radiator which has not been working for 4 years is now perfectly hot. Brilliant conpany with very knowledgeable engineers.

Very dishonest and unprofessional company. To avoid falling in the same trap as us never pay them before they have fixed your problem. They normally tempt the customers by offering the VAT free (cash) bill to reduce the cost their bills. Once they get the money in cash they never come back to fix the problem. Dealing with this company has caused us a lot of stress and anxiety!!!

Dear Trustpiolt Team,
Please don't let other costumer to fall in the same trap as us!!
Their reply is not genuine! We have given them every opportunities to come to the negotiating table with no luck so far. We did send them a recorded delivery letter after our numerous emails being ignored, giving them 14 days to reply with no reply so far!! They are waist of time. Please warn your customers.

I can assure you that our review is not a FAKE review. We can table all the proof that the company or anybody else required in order for us to proof that our review is not fake!!
We have no issue with their legal team to deal with our genuine review. We have given them enough time to come and remove the unnecessary parts which they installed leaving us with the same problem which we had!!

Very good company. The engineer were brilliant.

After experiencing issues with my HIU, I contacted HIU Breakdown & Repair due to their positive reviews.
I was told that the cost to repair would be a £115 callout fee, with any parts on top of this.
Initial callout – this visit (£115) took 10min. Following this they advised that a new pump was required, which would need an additional visit. They stated the pressure was 0 (incorrect as we tested this prior). The additional quote to replace the pump was £180 labor plus the pump (£234). It also said that additional issues may be identified after this.
I then contacted another company who repaired the HIU in one visit without the need to replace the pump.
When I queried this with HIU Breakdown & Repair, they advised it’s “best practice” to replace the pump. It’s winter – I just wanted my radiator to work! Fix the issue, then let me know if a new pump may be required.
They refused to provide a refund, instead offering a free ‘service’. I declined. I do not recommend this company!

While prompt and knowledgeable they are too expensive. Charged me £220 + VAT for labour for 35 minutes job on top of parts for which they also far too much over charged me after checking the prices on the internet

Both engineers mo and joel were very methodical with their approach, very knowledgeable and polite. The heating fault with my heat interface unit was resolved very quickly.

We recently had an issue with our hiu system. Our managing agent put us in contact with hiu breakdownandrepairs ltd who have been excellent from start to finish. The engineer who came mo was very polite and knew he's stuff. We now have heating and we are very grateful.

I am very impressed with the works carried out by hiu breakdownandrepairs. I had numerous contractors attend my flat to fix the fault with my underfloor heating, however none of them could fix it. I decided to contact hiu breakdownandrepairs and helena informed me she would sending joel out to me.
The following day joel attended my flat and he had the system back up and running within 15 mins of hes arrival. Huge thank you to Joel and helena.
