My HIU unit had leakage and called this…
My HIU unit had leakage and called this company the first time (I knew this company through trustpilot). Samson picked up my call. He was very helpful and was able to follow up my case and paid good attention to my specific request. Appointment was made immediately and engineer came within a day. The engineer (Ash) was also very knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue straight away and gave my some good suggestions. No doubt I will recommend this company to whoever needs HIU support.

Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
My HIU was broken down entirely. An engineer identified faulty components quickly and got my hot water back in the first visit. In the second visit, Ash replaced the components in the HIU and checked the radiators to make sure the whole system working appropriately.
The engineers are friendly and have done the job professionally. Highly recommend.

simply awesome!
like most people, i don't normally write reviews, else the work/service is extraordinary... now let me tell you how amazing these guys are. The obvious is true, professionalism, value for money, good workmanship etc. However, what really sets them apart is the human connection - by that i mean, they treated me not only like a customer, but as a person. My situation is unique, and i honestly believe if it were other engineers/company doing the job, they'd have do a good job, but by the end of it all i'd be just another customer, it's hard to describe, but if you've had great service... it's simply not something you'd forget in a hurry.

We're confident that we know who is behind this review as its written in the same poor grammar as your last review that you left. Furthermore, we operate within the government guidelines and unless specified, we are not legally obliged to a) wear shoe covers or b) socially distance. We would give this review more attention but we know who is behind it and have already warned you about the legal implications this has.

What a great experience
What a great experience - Chris arrived at time specified, immaculately presented and very well spoken. Quickly fitted new heating valve on the heat unit and also identified a nearby leak which he also sorted! Five Stars - I have no hesitation recommending HIU breakdownandrepairs

Been using these guys for the past 3 years to service my HIU and they’re excellent. Always make you feel like a valued customer and really responsive. I have called them a couple of times aside from the servicing and both the office staff and engineers are always happy to help and answers my questions. Have recommended to other residents in my block 👍🏼
