Chair turned up on time and seems…
Chair turned up on time and seems sturdy enough- unfortunately the back rest / lumbar support was broken on arrival. I immeditately took photos and send to the customer service team who assured me a new one will be sent out. It's been nearly three weeks and no sign of a replacement - not even tracking reference.
I chase constantly and they just keep telling me it's coming, rubbish..

Edited after response from company below: Good to hear I will get it soon but you might want to have a word with whoever sends out the TrustPilot emails asking for a review to only send these out when the customer has actually received the product and not before! Looking forward to my green chair.

Very high quality chair, great company
The chair arrived and the first thing I noticed was the high quality materials it was constructed from. After assembling it I found it to be extremely comfortable.
Hjh are an excellent company, I was updated every step of the way and my order arrived slightly before the minimum delivery date originally quoted.

Damaged and different shades
The 2 chairs arrived with the boxes squashed and open. The chairs were different shades, one had 2 small tears and blue stains to the ivory leather and one with wadding coming out. I have emailed the company and awaiting a response.

Leather office chair
A good chair at a good price. Would have given you 5 stars however the delivery which you state as 5-6 days took 16 days even now you delivery company is still showing it as in transit.

Decent product, poor delivery driver
Ordered a chair on Nov 23rd. Took 10 days to come, so average in these times. I have knocked stars off because of the delivery driver who point blank refused to bring an 18kg box 3 metres into my hallway, despite me standing in front of him with a walking stick. Whilst he wasn't rude, as a person with a disability I found this attitude appalling. I had to hack a 'grab handle' in the side of the box and drag it inside. So the chair seems decent so far, but would hesitate to recommend especially for those with disabilities.

Only received the base and arm rests! Who knows where the rest of it is, what country it’s in, and if and when it will be eventually delivered!??! Customer service were less than helpful and would have had more success attempting to play chess with a pigeon…

No communication and no chair delivery
I ordered on 12 November - automated message said I'd receive shipping details and item was to be delivered in 5-7 working days. Nov 30th receive an invoice refund. No communication between then and had to email support to ask what was going on after receiving email with refund details. Shame, I was looking forward to the chair and I start my wfh job next week so really needed it. Ordered one from a physical store instead

Teen gaming chair
I have searched high and low for a narrower gaming chair for my young teen and this is perfect. The wheel diameter on most of these chairs made them catch on his new corner desk but this one was a great fit. Good range of colours available. My son was very pleased but I have to admit this was on the more expensive side as it doesn't sing or dance like others! I live in N.Ireland and although website said no delivery here I chanced my arm and it arrived safely! Delighted. Good customer service too as I had a query re dimensions
