I went to the shop after receiving an email. They only had 3 of 5 items. I have had no update about the missing items.

Outstanding customer service
My second "click and collect" purchase. It was a fleeting visit but the guys behind the till know what they doing, so I was in and out with minimal fuss. Highly recommend due to outstanding customer service!
If they sold food I'd be doing my grocery shopping there as well.

Very happy at how quick i got my ps5 game, as it was delivered on the same day the game came out ,most companies like amazon won't send it out until the day it comes out ,so I was very happy, hence why I go to them for my ps5 games now 😊

Ordered a CD for a birthday present
Ordered a CD for a birthday present, wrong item sent,
Error found on a Saturday when we were meant to be giving it as a birthday gift, contact centre closed tried to call central phone number office was shut. Tried to call local store to see if the had the correct CD to swap, pay £10 in calls, no one answered. Drove30 mile round trip only to find unable to help had to return CD through post, got a refund but still £10 down from none answered phone at Banbury store, along with petrol and parking coss

Banbury team are great
The staff were very helpful, checking the branch stock for the CD I wanted and then ordering it for me. It arrived at the store within four days which is impressive!
