Service as promised.
As I was due to visit Belfast I decided to order some cd’s from the HMV online sale at excellent prices for collection. Despite it only being 5 days prior and dispatched at different times all the items were there at the time I arrived. I was notified of the progress at all times. Delighted it worked out so well.

In Belfast I got served by Martyna and omg an absolute angel they were 💗 I’m a stay and I was getting some stray kid albums on my visit there and they made me feel so happy chatting with me about skz while purchasing! thank u so much really, I just wanna say the staff at hmv are lovely 💗 also tysm for the little bang chan drawing <3

Wandering Heights & Escalators
Purchased vinyl, cd & book. Great visit! Store was clean tidy, well stocked, & easy to navigate.
Served by Barry who was friendly, polite, & knowledgeable ~ found everything we were looking for despite it being really busy.
Second level has always been a firm favourite but the new book floor on the third is a little goldmine .

Magic the gathering
I had a great experience as the cards where delivered well packaged to my door and reasonably priced due to the fact that a high number of retailers where charging a premium on the commander deck.

Excellent experience and getting to use Klarna was a huge help in me making the purchase in the first place, the item was delivered on the said date and I was kept informed the whole way. will definitely use the service again.

I pre ordered a cd to be delivered to HMV Belfast.As the Belfast branch was closed for renovations I was told the cd would be posted to my home address.A week later and it still hasn't arrived.
