Went to the office store for the Robyn…
Went to the office store for the Robyn album signing they managed to queue perfectly and handle the customers even though the artist was running late communication was effective and the security staff were friendly and checked in on everybody

Helpful store workers & communication.
The gentleman in the Birmingham store looked up availability when not in store and checked the cost benefit against individual series. He explained it would be four to five days and they could hold it to collect for a week or so. It all went smooth including communication by emails.

Pre-order album wasn’t ready to pick up before the signing. The artist was running an hour late, but this wasn’t told to those waiting. I not found out because when they had arrived a memebet of their team came out and apologised for the delay.

HMV never fail to deliver
HMV never fail to deliver. Was eagerly awaiting the release of Arirang by BTS, along with many others.

Awful waiting for the singer Robyn almost 1 hour late for signing just be honest with customers if the singer is running late some staff said ‘she is here’ whilst others said ‘she is not here.’ They are not worth waiting over
