Lovely store
I visited Birmingham central hmv while just generally browsing. I found the store clean, organised with plenty of choice. My daughter loved it. The staff are lovely. I will definitely drop by again next time I visit Birmingham.

Great customer service
Great customer service, the sales assistant in store was very helpful, and ordered the product for me to be delivered to my home address. All ran very smoothly and I would definitely recommend HMV to others.

Human experience is best
They explained to me the items are not in store but they could order them for me and get them delivered. The DVDs arrived on time I am very happy with the service. HMV is one of my favourite stores in town. I have been coming here for years and I will continue to do so. The staff are always very helpful.

Home delivery
Very helpful sales assistant instore who sorted my order out online, as the size i wanted they hadn't got. He told me it could be delivered to my home saving me another trip to town, which i was grateful for.

It was a great experience at the HMV apart from my partner not being very well but the HMV staff looked after her perfectly taking her out of the queue & finding her a chair to sit on by the door until she felt a bit better to walk & get some fresh air.
