Friendly and helpful, package arrived quickly

Your staff at HMV Bournemouth are always very helpful as well as friendly and courteous. They are always there to help if I cannot find something and nothing is ever too much trouble.

It was easy to click and collect and the staff at HMV Bournemouth are always lovely and helpful.
However, you don't get a full score because you failed to take my payment as soon as I tried to pre-order the item and in this day and age money never stays in my bank account for long! And the payment bounced once and I had to wait until better times.
Also, in another recent enquiry with your customer services head office, the guy didn't seem to have a clue about which Tears for Fears live album I was after and they have only ever released one in their entire career lol! Except of course I couldn't remember its title. And he faffed around for ages trying to locate it and kept quoting me the wrong item until I had to put the phone down on him and give-up because I was running late for my next lesson after tea break - He was taking so goddamn long! (I work in education).
But on the whole, HMV tick most of the boxes for positivity when I buy from you. And you do it with a smile, which helps and costs nothing!

I bough The Hustler and The Colour of Money on Blu-Ray using the collect in store option. Quick and easy process and great value for money as both films were sold at a reduced price. Very satisfied.

Pretty damn good after shopping HMV for 45years

I ordered an obscure classical CD online but was delighted to discover that HMV still has a high street presence for collection and, indeed, future browsing

It's great going to the shop to collect my cd and then stop and browse a while and pick up another and a little chat with the staff.... like the old days.

My ps5 got refunded for no reason

Very good service from the two young ladies in the shop when ordering. Kept informed on a regular basis on the delivery and received on the day I was told I would.

We were told when we purchased the item that the Bournemouth store would contact us when the product arrived in their shop. We did not hear a thing and went in on the off chance we could pick up the item only to be told they had the product 3 days earlier and did not tell us

Good ordering quick delivery would definitely use again

We tried to cancel an order but the customer service line was closed. Our click and collect order was not ready until after Christmas! But we collected one from the store beforehand. We have asked for a refund but have been told we have to go to the store collect the item, return the item and have a credit note! That means a nearly 2 hour round trip for us. Very dissatisfied.

Was very easy transaction delivered quickly amd in perfect condition. The person that served was very helpful and very polite. Will order again many thanks

I made a purchase to be delivered in store I was advised it should be delivered for Fri 20th Dec and I'd receive emails to inform me of the progress, I have received no emails to advise me of anything and as Friday arrives I decided to go back to the store as it" should be " in by friday it's still not in however they haven't had today's delivery and it's expected to be on it and I'd receive a email to inform me of it be delivered after double checking my email address I was hopeful of it being delivered and me being informed, no such luck. In a tech based world a simple email is free yet phoning HMV can cost up to £0.67 per minute ( no way I'm calling them ) HMV will not be seeing my custom again.
