HMV Brighton is great
HMV Brighton has friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, a good selection of art house and alternative films. Buy in-store and get that human experience rather than just on websites of companies that have no high-street presence!

Headphones
I was looking for a pair of headphones and Jay the young assistant was so helpful with lovely smile answering my questions I had as I didnt want to spend loads.
I purchased the Rosegold Rock Wireless Headphones and they go with the colour of my mobile. So really happy with my purchase looking forward to using them now on my coach journey.

My order was processed quickly and I was kept informed of delivery date. My experience in store was good, the assistant Frank was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was that at the beginning when I asked at the HMV store they could only order the film I wanted in blueray or 4 something technical that we do not have whereas on HMV online we could also order the DVD. For people who do not have and do not understand the latest technology we felt a bit excluded. Also the HMV stores do not cater for us so much now, they do not stock as many DVDs and have a lot of merchandise instead. But I cannot fault my experience in store when I collected it.
