Buy on line instead of queuing
I had to make the purchases on the website as the store I visited did not have the t-shirt I wanted in stock. They did have the toy and I realise that I could have purchased this and placed an order for the t-shirt in store, but the queue was huge. Making the purchases on line was easy but was a bit disappointed that the t-shirt was really screwed up in the packaging. Other than that, the items were delivered on time in strong packaging.

Sale Bargain
I saw that Joe Henry's 'Civilians' album was available on vinyl for just £14.99 in the End of Year Sale. Whilst initially disappointed not to find it on the racks in-store, I ordered it online for Click & Collect and was pleased to have it shipped to store in just three days. The only downside was a long queue to pick it up in-store, though the lesson from that is that I should avoid the week after Christmas! Product located quickly and well packaged when I picked it up.
