Ordering a record not stocked in store.
When I enquired about a record you didn't stock, the assistant offered to order it for me using click and collect. The record came into store in a couple of days. This was very efficient.

The lady in the store was very helpful…
The lady in the store was very helpful to my son who is autistic and wanted a CD with a particular cover. The lady showed him where the CDs were kept but unfortunately they did not have one in the store so she offered to look on their system for him. When checking the system yes they had the CD in the cover he wanted. Unfortunately when the CD arrived it was not the cover he or the lady thought it would be. Apparently there was a special 10th Anniversary cover and he was sent the normal cover.

Top notch in store and online
Both in store and online they always have what I want. Staff are engaging. Easy to browse and buy either way too. Competative prices. I appreciate that they use Royal Mail delivery too.
