Very lovely staff
Today I went into HMV on the hunt for Last of Us stuff to be met by a staff member who I believe to be called Ben? Who was absolutely lovely, we talked about TLOU and it was a blast. As always a great experience in HMV, I am a HMV advocate. There was also another very nice staff member who told me the price of a shirt!

Knowledgeable and very helpful staff make a pleasant shopping experience.
The ability to be able to order from our local HMV any DVDs, CDs etc they haven't got in stock is wonderful. Also being able to pre-order in the store any DVDs, CDs is also great. I do order online at times, but on the whole prefer to visit the local HMV as all the staff there are knowledgeable and very helpful. I also come across DVDs & CDs etc there I wouldn't otherwise have known about. 10 out of 10 to everyone at the Burton store.
