Five star experience
No complaints at any point. Ordering was simple, emails kept me informed throughout, store staff were excellent and was able to collect my order with minimum fuss. Also the cost to me was no more than buying online and I would much rather purchase from a bricks and mortar establishment, Amazon couldn't deliver the same pre-order until March.

Buy in store rather than pre order
Why am I treated like second class customer when I pre order a CD. The CD I ordered has only just been despatched on release day so having to wait 4 days longer when it is already available in store. I was expecting it to be available on the day it was available in your store.

Unfortunately as stock for online purchases is a different delivery to stock in stores there can be occasions where delays occur when receiving our online stock and therefore your order was processed later than expected. Blu ray Birthday pre order
Purchased a pre order for my brother.It was delivered just in time for his birthday to enjoy.Brilliant service, fast delivery and messages letting me know purchase was on the way and delivery was perfect with the royal mail tracking system.I would definitely use the service again.👍

Ordered a vinyl LP on the 19 th…
Ordered a vinyl LP on the 19 th December was told it would be two working day’s chose to have it delivered it was a Christmas gift. Actually received it on the 10th January by Royal Mail. Went in store by didn’t get much help.
