Efficient and easy!
The online order process was easy, and arranging collection from my local store was simplicity itself! Kept up to date on progress via regular emails, and my order arrived a day earlier than I had expected!
This is why I still use HMV if I need to order some CDs.
Oh, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

Great buying experience but slightly delayed delivery
Easy to navigate the site and make the purchases which were both delivered to a house and for collection from a store. Communication was good so we knew that both packages would be delayed. Packages delivered according to new timescale as notified by email, and store pick up (Bury) excellent.

Ordered a CD online with click and collect. Kept informed, via email, and the item was delivered on time. When I collected the item from the store the staff member was very helpful and handed over the item in a few minutes.
