Although there was a delay of several day in delivering the item. I was extremely pleased that there was continuous line of communication open which inform me of the ongoing journey of my purchase item.
The item still arrived in time as it was a birthday gift.

Appalling service
Ordered a steelbook to be delivered to my local HMV , steelbook was dispatched on the Thursday, but by Tuesday had heard nothing got in touch with customer service on chat and they said was still waiting for it to come in, so I was prepared to wait, but by the end of the day they just refunded and said it was an unwanted return. Was not at all happy about this and no apology for doing this to me or send me another out.Never shop with this company again.
