The staff are a real asset to HMV they are knowledgeable, polite and deal with your requests in an efficient manner. This is the third time I have been in to purchase DVD’s and whether in stock or ordered the service is always 100%.

The Messiah arrived early!
My wife treated me to a CD of 'The Messiah', since I love the Oratorio by Handel and have been unable to attend a performance for a number of years.
We went to the obvious store and were served by a very efficient young man who informed us that we were unlikely to receive the package until the new year.
We went away for New Year and while away we received confirmation of delivery on 29 December 2023; thankfully it was very well parcelled and fitted through our letterbox in our absence.
That's what I call efficiency! David
