Worth ordering, Quick delivery
Member of staff made an effort to find the CD I wanted, but had to order it. It arrived within 2 days - quicker than I expected -and easy promptly notified.

Tried a return (online) in store and met with awful staff member
Purchased an item online. Wasnt 100% satisfied with it. Couldnt get it to work with another device so thought i would pop in to return said item.
Apparently returns for online cant be done in store (Whats the point of the store then) also they didnt deem the item faulty as I had. One member of staff who this review is mainly influnced by, was the worst retail employee i have ever been dealt with. Talked down too, arrogant and looked at me like he wanted to attack me. I wont ever be using that store again.
Customer service out the window. At least be reasonable but they ignored my fault with the device and refused to refund saying essentially do it online.
I was browsing online for products when i thought i can buy that and pick it up. I wont be doing that again with HMV. Awful experience.

I’ve been going to HMV for years and the service as always been good
The two employers that helped me were very knowledgable about films, and the ones I was interested in. So obviously they themselves love films.

HMV delivers again!
Couldn't find what I was looking for in store, but the member of staff behind the counter checked stock and helped me order what wanted to be delivered to my address. Delivery was very quick, and well packaged, and I'm now enjoying my purchase very much!
