HMV above and beyond expectation
Customer service was extremely helpful and sympathetic with our problem and got our request sorted. Just had to turn up at the Edinburgh Princess Street store and given a replacement LP replacement in minutes.
Unfortunate problem with original LP but the response was A1. Certainly won’t have a problem using HMV again

First Class service, Edinburgh!
My shopping experience for my granddaughter and grandson was excellent. A young lady in an Edinburgh store took charge of my granddaughters K-pop wish list and sourced everything on the list. What wasn’t available she sourced and had it delivered to another store. Her knowledge of the K-pop groups was amazing, well done Charlotte, thank you for an excellent service.
All the staff were friendly and helpful too throughout the store. It’s so nice to shop with happy, smiling staff to assist.
