Faster Transport of Product
I ordered 3 items from HMV, 2 of them were dispatched together and the one a few hours later. I was able to pick up the 2, but the one I couldn't. Why is this important? I am from outside the UK, yet I travel frequently. I wasn't able to pick up the third piece during my 4 day visit.

Fast delivery undermined by admin error
Delivery was quick, but my order of two items was shipped in two parcels. When I collected it I was given one box that I assumed contained both items, but the second item wasn't there. I was forced to go back to Fopp in Covent Garden another day to collect the other item. Staff were not apologetic and offered no explanation.
