Ordering a non-stocked item
Staff were very helpful in locating the item that I wanted and placing it on order. I was kept up to date with its' progress and advised promptly when it was available to collect.

Got my address wrong first off but I rang and they changed it straight away. Well packaged vinyl would buy online again.

I ordered click and collect and collecting my order was simple and the people working at my branch were lovely and helpful. The only issue I had was when placing my order was that I found the payment procedure to be confusing and somewhat unnerving.

Good shopping experience
Really friendly and helpful staff in your Grimsby branch. I'd not shopped in HMV for some time but will return soon, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of products now offered. Overall a good shopping experience.

Ordered 2 blue Ray's on line
Ordered 2 blue Ray's on line, one order was cancelled, don't know why, 2nd blue Ray, had been delivered to our local store in Grimsby, but no email was sent to let me know.
So today went to the store, to try abd sort it out. It was there at the counter.

You messed my order up and it took…
messed my order up and it took several emails until someone finally looked into it and admitted responsibility
Order was cancelled within 5 days of purchase and I was told it was because I didn't pick it up within 14 days, it never even made it to store. I went elsewhere and got it cheaper.....
