Surprisingly Slow.
Usually, my order is dealt with overnight. Order arrived at HMV four days after being advised it was dispatched.
Hopefully a one off blip.

I placed a DVD order for delivery as the release date was the following week. The internet connection was down so was advised to go back later. After a hour I tried again and even though the internet was very slow the assistant was very patient and managed to complete my order. The DVD arrived just on time for a present.

Recently ordered Daft Punk 10th anniversary edition for my Son. Thankfully being a tad “old school” I ordered it online but to be collected from HMV Grimsby.
I received an email when it arrived in store & I think my Son was there 20 mins later to collect it!!!
I have ordered from HMV in the past & always found the service second to none.
Having seen online other people’s experiences regarding this particular vinyl late delivery & incorrect item received I’m glad I used HMV.
