This one woman in the freshney place with glasses and purple hair (I think)
This one woman in the freshney place branch was lovely, I think she had purple hair, she had glasses and ordered me my laufey vinyl and got found my sza vinyl- she didn’t act like a robot she was great

Excellent customer service at Grimsby
I mistakenly ordered some blu-ray dvds instead of the ordinary ones on-line. I took them into store and showed my order confirmation. The staff organised the exchanged, sourced the dvds needed, went to the back store to find them. The staff were so helpful and polite. Thank you very much.

New Otaku mystery box.
I've just bought the new Otaku mystery box, it was amazing! 20/10 lol. The quality was worth a lot more than what I paid and if it continues, I'll certainly be buying this each month instead of Lootcrate.

Best Customer Service in the Town
Due to a special edition version of an album not being available in store, I ordered online and collected a couple of days later. As always was greeted by a friendly smiling helpful person in store. I visit the Grimsby store regularly and always try to buy physical media from there even if it's more expensive. Customer service is always excellent and unlike most other retail stores in our Town, they are never in a hurry to close the shutters. I will continue to support my local HMV rather than buy online in the hope that it remains and people keep their jobs
