HMV review
I went in to pick up a click and collect order (witch was made really easy to do on their website) and the lady at the till made it easy and simple.

Faulty vinyl
My vinyl purchase was faulty as was the replacement, but the staff were very helpful in sorting it out.

Staff in the shop were friendly and helpful. My wife had bought a Jimi Hendrix album as a Christmas present but it wasn't the one I wanted so I changed it

Service from Ruby was brilliant when I actually got to the till, although there was another server who after finishing serving someone else just completely ignored me as I stepped forward for my turn, I accept she could have still been busy doing something but a little acknowledgement would have gone a long way, if I was paying for something rather than collecting a click and collect I would have just left it on the till and walked
