I had a great experience at HMV. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store had a wide range of music, films, and merchandise to choose from. Everything was well organised, which made it easy and enjoyable to browse. I especially liked the atmosphere — it felt welcoming and nostalgic. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Faulty vinyl
My vinyl purchase was faulty as was the replacement, but the staff were very helpful in sorting it out.

Service from Ruby was brilliant when I actually got to the till, although there was another server who after finishing serving someone else just completely ignored me as I stepped forward for my turn, I accept she could have still been busy doing something but a little acknowledgement would have gone a long way, if I was paying for something rather than collecting a click and collect I would have just left it on the till and walked
