If I can’t find an item I need or it isn’t in stock, the Staff are so friendly and helpful always.
The member of Staff ordered what wasn’t in store, all went smoothly and the order arrived in store for me to collect all within 3 days.
Can’t praise enough.

Easy to find titles. Easy to order and was about 50p more but knowing HMV from the past I wanted to go with a trusted name.

Great customer service from Nicki & Shelley
I had a pre-ordered The Foreigner Blu-ray and it was delivered to the wrong store (which was my fault) and it would have been easier to cancel and reorder but the the staff at the Harlow branch, Nicki & Shelley went above and beyond to get it re-delivered for pick up.
