Ordering vinyl
Staff were polite and helpful. Ordered a vinyl record which came very quickly. Not sure of the condition yet, as it is a present for my daughter.

STROPPY UNHELPFUL woman at till
STROPPY UNHELPFUL woman at till. Rude to the point of my nearly walking out. Left store WITHOUT buying anything else (long list of xmas presents) as I REFUSE to spend money in that particular store whilst there is a chance I might be offended by her again!!! What a shame HMV see fit to employ people such as this when there are so many poor, nicer people - desperate for employment!

Great service
Great service I ordered a vinyl 7” record of Now and Then. I got great communications and went and picked up the record from Harlow HMV with no problem.

Welcoming and helpful
Didn’t have the film I wanted in store but the lady asked if I needed help she looked for it and said they can order it in she was welcoming and king and it came within 3 days when picking up the man was kind and welcoming also
