The staff member went out of her way to find the DVD I was after then apologised it wasn't in stock but could order it for me to collect within 2 to 5days. Then went on to explain I required identity to collect. The DVD arrived within the expected time scale

so sweet and helpful!! really great for helping me get my friend an xmas gift i havent been able to find anywhere else, the staff were so nice and helpful, i didnt get any of their names but i see them regularly when i go in. they also were very good at making sure i was me when collecting a click and collect package which was good :) will def do click and collect again

I ordered a cd from you with the release date of Friday 13 th oct .
Had an email on the Wednesday of that week to say you couldn’t get it into my chosen store by Friday !!
So it arrived on the Saturday
Not good enough at all!!
You want it the day it’s released !!
The shop is also disappointing now , hardly any music now , full of toys and rubbish

Easy to oder from the stor, just had to show proof of my name to pick up. They hold the order for up to 2 weeks and I didn't have to pay extra for delivery.
