I went in store in High Wycombe and ordered the cd for my partner and HMV sent me emails to keep me informed with the progress of my order and to let me know it was in store to pick up ,all the staff members are helpful and friendly and the main reason for the stores to remain open

Fantastic service in shop
Fantastic service in shop, friendly and very polite. The cd's l wanted were not in store, but staff ordered all l was after, music from the 70's, so probably not always available, and had all delivered to my home address. Delivery was on the day given and trackable. I also asked about a wireless speaker and given helpful info and brought a gorgeous mini wireless speaker which is amazing. Totally recommend HMV, great instore service from happy staff, thank you for a lovely shopping experience.

Went in for advice and help
Went in for advice and help, looking for a film from the High Wycombe store. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. This is why stores are much better than Amazon or online streaming, local knowledge and friendly chat from true fans, nerds and geeks. They had what i needed and it was cheaper than online and no waiting for delivery. Thanks Team.
