Andy at the huddersfield store went out of his way to order me a t sjirt they didnt have in stock and he had to delivered to my house so i didnt have to trail back .very polite man and quick delivery .

Very enjoyable shopping experience online and in-store, only ever had one issue with a delivery not arriving but I have made many orders through the HMV site and eBay successfully.

Staff member very helpful, looked for dvd in store and ordered for me as not in store .
Very friendly and helpful.
I was informed when my dvd was in store to collect.

Ordered a Kpop derpy figure for a gift. As it was delayed, contacted customer service. They were very knowledgeable and informed me of what the issue was and updated me as to when it would be ready to pick up. Service in the store was great, staff were friendly and polite. Good overall experience
