I got to the shop the cd wasn't there…
I got to the shop the cd wasn't there but one was out on the shelves for sale .I was not allowed to take this one but had to make a special trip four days later to pick up the cd and to add insult to injury the cd was still for sale on the shelves

Really helpful staff in store made ordering easy; free home delivery was efficient and timely.

I asked at the counter for a particular dvd and unfortunately it wasn't in stock but the manager looked it up and there was one in the warehouse so he ordered it for me to collect. He was a pleasure to do business with in such a professional and knowledgeable way.

2-5 days for collection my arse it took 9 days and never got an email to say ready to collect and the previous email said to wait until I did I went in and checked in store it had been there for 5 days without being notified it was meant to be an anniversary present for my boyfriend and it was late due to your lack of organisation very dissatisfied won’t be doing it again

Waited over a week and never received any messages from the store. My contact details were entered correctly on the pre-order page, so there really is no excuse for the lack of follow-up information.
