I wanted a particular vinyl album but wanted to collect it. The online ordering was simple, the store was local to me & the album arrived exactly as ordered with clear email & phone notification
I was served promptly by a very helpful girl and had virtually no waiting time. Just what I wanted.

Friendly shopping experience
Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff who dealt with me efficiently. A nice atmosphere in store, I was not hounded by sales staff and was able to browse at my leisure. They also pre ordered my choice of music and I was able to have it delivered on the release date.
