Went into the Inverness store
Went into store. Made enquiries regarding a dvd, Space 1999. The sales person checked the details and compared it to the blueray they had in stock, and we even checked how many episodes had been aired, compared to the DVD. I then payed for it and they sent it to my home within a few days. I am in this store 2 to 3 times a week and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent Customer Service
Exceptionally friendly and helpful assistant who arranged home delivery for me as the cd I wanted was not in stock. The cd arrived within a couple of days, making for a very positive shopping experience.

Losing myself in HMV
After a long day shopping with the family I spent some time browsing through lots of music finding inspiration and a few must have cd,s. This is one of my favourite shops in Eastgate and I hope its here for a long time to come. I was served by a lovely smiley girl bopping away to the tunes. Definitely one of my best shopping experiences of the day. cheers HMV.
