Finn, your excellent colleague was very helpful and sourced the artist I was specifically looking for, when there was no product in store, she personally sorted my order for home delivery, going above and beyond what "passes" for customer service these days. INVERNESS 5 STAR STORE
As usual whenever I visit the store, the friendly and knowledgeable staff help me with my purchases. A great selection of CD’s and the Vinyl section is amazing! Go and take a look! So much more too, books, tee’s, accessories… everything you could possibly want in a music orientated store.

HMV has always been a store I've…
HMV has always been a store I've visited either in person or online. Fantastic helpful staff who helped me put an online order through in store as I've been having a few problems logging onto my online account. Received part of my order promptly. Highly recommended and will definitely continue to use HMV.

Went into the Inverness store
Went into store. Made enquiries regarding a dvd, Space 1999. The sales person checked the details and compared it to the blueray they had in stock, and we even checked how many episodes had been aired, compared to the DVD. I then payed for it and they sent it to my home within a few days. I am in this store 2 to 3 times a week and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
