Inconvenient click and collect sequence
Ordered on Saturday for click and collect. HMV mailed it to their click and collect store, so not advised until Tuesday. Due to long gap between ordering and picking up I had to make a special trip to pick it up, when I am usually near their store on Mondays. Staff were very nice but click and collect is usually available quicker than that.

Please note that all our Click & Collect orders are shipped from our warehouse, which means you'll need to wait for the delivery of these items to arrive at the store. You'll receive an email when the item is dispatched from our warehouse and another when the item is ready to collect from the store of your choice. We do advise 2 - 5 working days for this. Our Click & Collect service allows customers to buy items listed online at hmv.com for delivery to any hmv or Fopp store in the UK. There is no delivery charge for this service.
Please note that due to Monday 1st April being a Bank Holiday, this not classed as a working day.

Replacement order
The order was a replacement for a faulty item. Staff were great at returning faulty item and reordering replacement to store for me. Item arrived extremely quickly.

Holiday treat.
I was on a short break to Scotland. A travelling companion told me about a specific DVD that she said was excellent.
I visited HMV in Inverness and was served by a very friendly and helpful assistant who told me they didn’t have it in stock but could order it and it would be sent to my home address in around 4/5 working days.
Happy to say the DVD arrived the day after I returned home, 5 days later.
