Excellent experience

I got wrong format, livi store resolved with no problems

Could find everything I needed could get what I wanted without having to search every where for it love this type of music and bought for my birthday treat

As usual, when I was looking for a bit of help in exchanging one CD for another the assistant was incredibly helpful and when the CD arrived I received a text quickly to advise it's delivery

We went into the store in Livingston and our item was ordered and posted out to us a few days later. The member of staff Allan who we delt with was so friendly and helpful and the experience of just actually going into the store and being able to buy and to be help to find what we were looking for was so easy.
Extremely happy customers.

Reviewed DVDs online, checked availability with nearest HMV store (Livingston West Lothian). Didn’t need help to locate my film choice which was competitively priced. Was served by a very pleasant male assistant who chatted positively about my choice of film. I could have had this posted to me but I would have missed the personal interaction.

The staff in HMV shop in Livingston have always been attentive without being distracting, when it comes to getting and ordering any products they are always on the ball in finding and ordering the specific items that I want, the manager and staff should be applauded in there attitude, customer service skills and product knowledge, it's a joy to visit whether rummaging for an album,CDs or t-shirts or a specific visit to order some more music.
They are the best of the best.

Excellent Service all round from my local shop to communication services.
I order a t-shirt within the shop through one of the shop assistants who kindly offered to do it for me there and then. Originally it was available online as i had looked it up and told her. So the order was done, but then I did not receive it through the time I thought. Went back to the shop and the same person looked into it for me she said it was strange as well that I hadn't received it and she would send an email herself to them asking the questions .Anyway in due course I receive an email to say it was currently unavailable and they were trying to source one for me. A few weeks went bye and every week I received an email to say the same thing. Also if I did not want to wait they would issue a refund if I wished. But I held off. And a few weeks later was communicated that it was on it's way . So I was very pleased to finally receive it as it was a special gift for someone close to me who is not well.
It was just as I had seen it previously. So all round a fantastic service from HMV . I love going in for a look around so many nice things and a great selection from Music, DVD, T-Shirts, Manga products etc....Great Shop and pleased it's still with us .So many thanks to everyone that was kind in helping with my purchase.

I had a lovely lady helping me with my records her name is Sheila and she was amazing help, giving me tips on how to work my record player as I am new to it and asking about my experience and having a great conversation about records and music, great help, thank you!

Customer service in this particular shop is outstanding, I always seem to leave the shop with an unusual purchase - in this instance it was a pitbull CD - and instead of judgement the staff are always engaging and have a laugh with me. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the girl that served me today but she along with many other staff I have been served by in there have made my shopping experience that little bit more special

I went in store for a specific CD they didn't have it a member of staff came up and asked if I needed any help I explained what I was looking for she went away to check and came back to say it wasn't in stock but that they could order it for me and either get it sent to the store or to my home address I opted to get it sent to my home as my mobility isn't great and it was delivered in a couple of days
