I couldn't find the new stray kids album but when I asked at the desk they found it behind the counter. The staff member was brilliant.

Quality service
I went in store for a specific CD they didn't have it a member of staff came up and asked if I needed any help I explained what I was looking for she went away to check and came back to say it wasn't in stock but that they could order it for me and either get it sent to the store or to my home address I opted to get it sent to my home as my mobility isn't great and it was delivered in a couple of days

Item I ordered was unavailable from amazon so I gave hmv a try on click and collect at my local store.was kept informed by e.mail of its progress and picked it up after a few days.Quick simple and nice staff member on collection.
