Item I ordered was unavailable from amazon so I gave hmv a try on click and collect at my local store.was kept informed by e.mail of its progress and picked it up after a few days.Quick simple and nice staff member on collection.

Zoe was phenomenal. Sourced my pre order quickly. Pleasant and welcoming and was not phased when I asked to change my ore ordered item for a different colour as it was back in stock. A delight 😊

Went to this store to purchase a book…
Went to this store to purchase a book as a present for my husbands birthday ( we already purchased a book other week while in purchasing a cd ( present for our Granddaughter ) while in store seen books by Billy Connelly who we both love also was a great price so I went in while I was on my own a purchased a different book but also by Billy Connelly I know my husband will love it as well love the Big Yin
I was served by a friendly polite young Lady called Leah couldn’t help me enough
