Staff at the Luton Branch
The staff were very friendly, well informed about the products that I wanted to purchase. I was able to get exactly the products I wanted. The DVDs I wanted were in stock and I was able to get them delivered to my local store quite quickly. The service was excellent and I have no complaints about the staff at all.

Competitive pricing and sometimes way cheaper than certain on line options!
Old fashioned browsing after on-line pre-ordering new releases to collect from the store... best of both worlds of retail shopping 😂😂.
Prices are on the most part competitive, matched, or, on the odd occasion, cheaper or in a deal compared to on-line options. The best part is being able to check online on the website before going to grab something if in store and enjoy straight away 😎

Whatever I needed the people who are working in HMV couldn’t do enough for me
Whatever I needed, if I couldn’t see it myself, the person behind the counter would come and find it for me and if it wasn’t in the shop they were very helpful in ordering it online

I had purchased 4 CDs from the Luton HMV store.
I had to return one CD later as it was a duplicate for me. The store promptly gave me a refund.
