Not a happy customer
I went in on the Sunday ,knowing that some people had received their copy.
I was told I couldn’t have it until ‘release day’ then later on , I had an email saying it was ready for collection 🤬

We can see the item ordered was not released until 16/03/26, therefore marked off at the store following closing at 5pm that day to advise you this would be ready for collection upon the Monday morning for the release date.

Placed order online, got a confirmation email. But never got a collection notification email for the date expected. Had to chase up customer services to be told that the item *had* been ready to collect on the expected day, but no email had been sent.

I would have given 5 stars however I first went to purchase the item in the Merry Hill store. I was told by the staff that the figure was no longer available and they couldn’t get hold of it for me. I walked out the store and found it myself on the HMV website and ordered it.

Buying For Your Eyes Only Again……..
The whole process stemmed from a question I asked of the assistant about a ‘James Bond’ movie, For Your Eyes Only, and whether I could still obtain a copy of the Blu - Ray version in a particular version of the disc box cover art, to match the rest of my set. The assistant carried out an online search, and was able to identify the disc I wanted. I was impressed with the speed of the service, to the extent that I placed an order for the disc right away. The assistant took my details and payment, and assured me that the disc would be in store in a couple of days. I was well impressed with the quality of service provided on the day, and the disc was indeed with me within the suggested timescale. The disc box does indeed match the others in my set, so I was delighted with the all - round good service and care given, which is one of the reasons I remain an HMV customer 😊
